2. What is your MOQ?
--100 pcs for each SKU, no MOQ if we have stock. Trial order for mixing items is also warmly welcomed.
3. What is the Trade/payment terms?
--FOB Shenzhen/Shantou/Nansha/Shekou port, 30% by TT as deposit,the balance 70% against the copy of bill of lading.
4. How to get a sample?
--Sample order is acceptable at your cost. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.
5: Will you return me the sample fee afterwards?
--Yes, and we will return the sample fee to you in formal orders.
6: What kind of products are you selling?
--Sanitary ware including toilets, bidets and basins.
Toilet: back to wall / wall hung / one-piece / two-piece.
Bidet: back to wall / wall hung.
Basin: above / under counter / wall hung.
7: What Certificates do you have?
--Watermark, CE, Watersense and so on.
8: Do you provide OEM or ODM service?
--Yes, we can.
OEM: We have our own development team, capable of independently completing the development of the products you need. We have a
mature production team which can quickly adapt to the production of new products; We have a complete quality control system which
can control the quality of new products well;
ODM: Every year, we develop new products applicable to different regions and different standards, and ODM have a large number of
product choose.
9: Can you produce according to customers' design?
--Yes, we can produce toilets, bidets and basins according to customer's design base on MOQ. New molding cost is on customers'
account.
10: Can you produce the color that we want?
-- Yes, we can make the colored toilets, bidet and basins according to customers' requirement.
11: What toilet seat do you have?
-- We have PP, UF, slim UF toilet seat cover.
12: What valves do you have?
-- We have R&T valves, WDI valves, etc. according to customer's request.
13: How is the packaging?
-- We can pack the toilets, bidets, and basins according to customer's request. Otherwise we normally use 5-lay carton package.
14: Can I pack the products in pallet?
-- Yes, we can use pallet to pack the toilet, bidet and basin.
15: Can I use ex-factory, CIF or else?
-- Yes. We can offer the price upon request. If you use CIF, the price is base on order quantity. Please tell us your estimated
order quantity to enable us to quote.
16: Do you accept other payment methods?
